Job summary

Somewhere in the Philippines is seeking a GHL Manager to own GoHighLevel architecture, automation, and pipeline management. You will align marketing strategy with execution, coordinating with Growth & Digital and design teams to ensure clean data, efficient lead handling, and actionable insights.

The role emphasizes autonomy, cross-team training, and documentation, with responsibilities spanning automation, AI agents, and reporting to support origination, underwriting, and business development.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
• Experience with WordPress and Divi for landing pages.
• Proven ability to build and maintain multi-page websites and landing page funnels.
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI chat and voice agents (inbound and outbound).
• Strong technical proficiency with Zapier, Make, webhooks, and third-party API integrations.
• Deep knowledge of UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting.
• Understanding of financial services compliance (CASL, TCPA, DNC regulations).
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and train non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• GHL Architecture, CRM & Pipeline Management (25%): Design, build, and maintain pipelines for divisions; own CRM hygiene, taxonomy, onboarding.
• Websites, Landing Pages & Funnel Builder (25%): Own all web properties; build and maintain sites, city landing pages, funnels with responsiveness and SEO.
• Marketing Automation & Nurture Campaigns (20%): Develop automation workflows; manage lead routing, booking sequences, and nurture campaigns with compliance.
• AI Agents – Inbound & Outbound Voice (20%): Deploy/manage AI-powered chat and voice agents; monitor transcripts and refine prompts.
• Attribution, Reporting & Integrations (10%): Own UTM capture, dashboards; manage integrations via Zapier/Make, webhooks, and third-party tools.
