Job summary

HUMAN INTELLIGENCE CO., LTD. is seeking a Go High Level (GHL) expert contractor to design scalable automation, CRM funnels, and AI-driven workflows for multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) — advanced builds, snapshots and SaaS setups.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, third-party API integrations, and GHL functional automations.
• Strong knowledge of GHL workflow automation, tags, triggers, segmentation, click tracking, behavior tracking, reporting, and third-party integrations.
• Skilled in API/webhooks, deliverability and call-compliance best practices.
• Excellent English communication, documentation and stakeholder training skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow company style and execution guidelines, self-QA before submission, catch missing steps, and problem-solve independently.
• Strong AI-first troubleshooting ability, including using AI tools to audit workflow logic, diagnose GHL issues, and identify likely failure points faster.

Responsibilities

• Own GHL architecture, strategy & governance: sub-accounts, snapshots, permissions, billing/white-label setup.
• Build and QA funnels, sites, payments and product integrations — deploy high-deliverability messaging (SMS/email/WhatsApp) and AI conversation flows.
• Configure complete email/SMS/WhatsApp sequences with the required workflow steps, delays, triggers, tags, segmentation, tracking, and behavior visibility.
• Configure and integrate third-party APIs and webhook-based automations into GHL systems and workflows.
• Maintain CRM & calendars: pipelines, tasks, reminders, round-robin scheduling and automation hygiene.
• Maintain clear workflow naming, numbering, documentation, and QA notes so builds are easy to audit and maintain.
• Apply sound funnel and landing-page judgment so imagery, layout, testimonials, and page structure fit the target audience and build credibility.
• Build and maintain partner/affiliate centers, including multi-tier commission structures, reporting, and payout workflows.
• Deliver documentation, SOPs, enablement playbooks, and QC/compliance workflows to ensure reliability and rollback capability.
