Job summary

SMA Support Services is seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and maintain Voice AI solutions within GoHighLevel and related platforms. You will develop AI agents for lead qualification, scheduling, and customer inquiries, and optimize prompts and flows for natural interactions.

Responsibilities include configuring GHL workflows, integrating with external services via APIs, and monitoring call performance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with GoHighLevel or related automation platforms.
• Experience configuring GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, pipelines, and CRM automations.
• Experience building Voice AI and AI calling agents.
• Strong prompt engineering and conversation flow design.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Familiar with Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Node.js.
• Ability to analyze call transcripts and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and maintain Voice AI solutions within GoHighLevel or AI Voice Platform.
• Develop conversational AI agents for lead qualification, appointment setting, and follow-ups.
• Create and optimize AI prompts, conversation flows, and escalation paths.
• Configure and maintain GHL Workflows, Automations, Triggers, Pipelines, and CRM integrations.
• Integrate GHL with external platforms via APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n.
• Manage telephony configurations including numbers, routing, and Twilio/LeadConnector services.
• Build automated workflows updating CRM records based on call outcomes.
• Integrate Voice AI with internal and external systems for data transfer.
• Develop reporting and monitoring for Voice AI metrics and call outcomes.
• Troubleshoot Voice AI, workflow, API, webhook, and telephony issues.
