Job summary

Right Hook Digital is seeking a Visual Designer to translate creative strategy into high‑quality paid social ads across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and more. You’ll partner with a Creative Strategist to ensure execution aligns with briefs while delivering native, native-feel and creator-led formats.

The role emphasizes iterating from performance feedback, maintaining speed with quality, and developing range across formats while collaborating in a fully remote, international team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience creating paid social, direct-response or conversion-focused creative.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social digital creative across brands, formats and styles.
• Experience across Meta and TikTok; Google/Pinterest knowledge is a bonus.
• Experience with ecommerce, DTC or performance marketing brands, or agency work.
• Strong visual design fundamentals including hierarchy, typography, composition and layout.
• Video editing and/or motion design capability.
• Strong understanding of social-first creative and digital advertising formats.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn strategy into execution.
• Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple brands, priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
