Job summary

OptiNizer in the Philippines is seeking a senior Remote Brand & Performance Creative Designer to transform brand assets into high-converting ad creatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will produce about 30 creative assets per week in a fast-paced, remote environment, leveraging AI-assisted and 3D tools to accelerate ideation while keeping brand consistency.

Strong portfolio showing paid creatives and conversion-focused design is required; 7+ years in design and solid performance

Qualifications

Approximately 7+ years of professional graphic design or creative design experience.
Ability to independently develop creative concepts from existing brand assets.
Comfortable managing a high-volume workload of ~30 pieces per week without sacrificing quality.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creatives.
Proven experience in graphic design, performance creative, or digital marketing design.
Solid portfolio demonstrating paid creatives and conversion-focused designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Experience with 3D or AI-assisted creative tools is a strong advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables.
Receptive to feedback and capable of fast, effective iterations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Design static and animated ad creatives for paid platforms (Meta, Google Display, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Adapt and repurpose existing brand assets into multiple creative variations.
Create social media visuals including Instagram posts, stories, and promotional graphics.
Develop original creative concepts based on assets provided by the client.
Produce approximately 30 creatives per week while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Design performance-optimized creatives focused on CTR, conversions, and engagement.
Produce multiple creative versions for A/B testing and iterate with feedback.
Apply platform best practices, safe zones, hierarchy, and thumb-stopping layouts.
Collaborate with marketing and ads teams to implement creative directions.
Independently conceptualize directions and execute high-performing designs from stock materials.
Create 3D or AI-assisted visuals and animations for ads and social content.
Transform static assets into dynamic creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production.
