Job summary

Thrive Digital is seeking a Designer for the Creative team to bring brand and performance campaigns to life across multiple channels. You will collaborate with design leads, applying strong fundamentals and attention to detail to deliver high-volume digital creative that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

You will participate in research, creative development, and production while learning how design can drive performance and measurable results for our clients.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing digital marketing campaign work across brands with results and insights.
• Experience translating brand standards into cross-channel creative executions.
• Developed production processes allowing high-volume deliverables with concurrent deadlines.
• Experience with UI/UX focus on high-converting landing pages and understanding layout impact on conversions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and produce high volumes of digital creative across channels under direction to align with briefs and project objectives.
• Assist in research, auditing, production execution and preparation of client deliverables to align with the brief.
• Collaborate across the creative team and cross-functional partners, contributing to the creative process and mentorship opportunities.
• Understand how creative services contribute to the agency’s offerings and help deliver client outcomes.
