Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with advertising at the center of your work.
• Experience creating ads for Facebook, paid social, or performance marketing environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for compositing and retouching.
• Figma used for layouts, systems, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality static ad creatives with typography, hierarchy, and layout to capture attention.
• Translate briefs and brand guidelines into multiple variations for rapid testing.
• Use Photoshop as the primary production tool; support layout and retouching.
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow to ideate and generate variations while preserving craft.
• Consistently produce 9–10 approved composites per day balancing speed and quality.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and simplify concepts for performance.
• Maintain organized production-ready design files with attention to detail.
• Communicate timelines, blockers, and priorities clearly via Slack and email.
