Qualifications

• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and infrastructure.
• 3+ years of IT work experience, or 5+ years relevant experience.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Configure and manage software using virtualization technologies.
• Conduct troubleshooting of published applications and virtual desktops.
• Assist with technology evaluation and recommendations.
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical staff.

Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops knowledge

Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop OS

Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Management

Scripting using PowerShell and/or Visual Basic
