Magic, Inc is seeking a Video Compliance Specialist to review creator-submitted videos for brand, campaign, and content-brief compliance. The role emphasizes fast, accurate moderation with clear, constructive feedback to creators.

The position is remote, requires daily review targets, and involves documenting outcomes while collaborating with the team. Working hours align with US business hours; 40 hours per week at $5 per hour with no benefits.

Formación

• Strong English comprehension and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with consistency on repetitive review work.
• Sound judgment and the ability to explain decisions clearly.
• Ability to meet daily review targets without compromising accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and accountability; willingness to join video meetings with the camera on.

Responsabilidades

• Review approximately 100-150 videos per day, around 15 videos per hour.
• Check submissions against brand policies, campaign requirements, content briefs, and review guidelines.
• Identify and flag violations, inconsistencies, or content not meeting standards.
• Explain flagged violations to creators and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Handle questions professionally and use sound judgment when addressing disagreements.
• Document review outcomes and flag issues according to team procedures.
• Apply guidelines consistently across creators, videos and campaigns.
• Escalate unclear or complex cases to the manager when needed.
• Learn content policies and participate in team check-ins and video meetings.
• Ask questions early when a guideline is unclear.
