Magic is seeking a Video Compliance Specialist to review creator-submitted videos for brand and campaign guidelines. You’ll catch violations quickly, provide actionable feedback, and help submissions meet briefs on the first pass.

In this remote role, you’ll review 100–150 videos daily, maintain consistent documentation, and communicate clearly with creators. You’ll join meetings with camera on and work Monday–Friday during US business hours.

Formación

• Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with consistency on repetitive review work.
• Sound judgment and ability to explain decisions clearly.
• Ability to meet daily review targets without compromising accuracy.
• Willingness to join video meetings with camera on and work Monday to Friday.

Responsabilidades

• Review 100–150 videos per day against brand policies, campaign requirements, briefs and guidelines.
• Explain flagged violations to creators with clear, constructive feedback.
• Document review outcomes and escalate unclear cases per team procedures.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in check-ins and meetings.
