Responsibilities

• Review approximately 100-150 videos per day, around 15 videos per hour.
• Check submissions against brand policies, campaign requirements, content briefs, and review guidelines.
• Identify and flag violations, inconsistencies, or content not meeting standards.
• Explain flagged violations to creators and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Handle questions professionally and use sound judgment when addressing disagreements.
• Document review outcomes and flag issues according to team procedures.
• Apply guidelines consistently across creators, videos and campaigns.
• Escalate unclear or complex cases to the manager when needed.
• Learn content policies and participate in team check-ins and video meetings.
• Ask questions early when a guideline is unclear.

The Video Compliance Specialist reviews creator-submitted videos to make sure they meet brand requirements, campaign guidelines, and content briefs. This role exists to catch violations quickly and consistently, give creators clear feedback they can act on, and help future submissions come in right the first time.

The Impact you’ll make

Video Review & Compliance Checks

• Review approximately 100-150 videos per day, targeting around 15 videos per hour
• Check submissions against brand policies, campaign requirements, content briefs, and review guidelines
• Identify and flag violations, inconsistencies, or content that doesn’t meet the required standards

Creator Communication & Feedback

• Explain flagged violations to creators when they question a decision or ask for clarification
• Give clear, constructive feedback on what was incorrect and how the content can be improved
• Handle questions and disagreements professionally, using sound judgment and common sense

Documentation & Consistent Decisions

• Document review outcomes and flag issues according to the team’s procedures
• Apply guidelines consistently across creators, videos, and campaigns
• Escalate unclear or complex cases to the manager when additional guidance is needed

Team Collaboration & Learning

• Learn the team’s content policies, brand guidelines, and review criteria
• Participate in team check-ins and video meetings with camera on
• Ask questions early when a guideline is unclear [confirm: inferred from the training and escalation notes]

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
