Job summary

Scale Talent Management is seeking a Quality Assurance Operator to help maintain the daily operational quality of model activities and ensure agency standards are consistently met.

You will support the Talent Management and Relationship Management teams by reviewing processes, verifying daily checklists, and reporting deviations from content strategy, contributing to overall operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, quality control, or administrative support (agency experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to report findings clearly and professionally.
• Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple daily reports across departments.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Monitoring: monitor and verify daily checklists and streaming workflows.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure adherence to SOPs, privacy policies, and reporting rules.
• Reporting & Documentation: submit daily QA checklists and performance summaries.
• Cross-Department Support: collaborate with Talent Management to ensure smooth information flow.
