Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is required.
• At least one of: hands-on website development (WordPress/Wix/Squarespace), social media posting, or email campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under repetitive, deadline-driven conditions.
• Ability to work independently and follow SOPs; escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and rebuild partner websites on new platforms while preserving content, structure, and branding.
• Transfer scheduled posts and manage social media accounts.
• Create and manage email campaigns and templates on the new platform.
• Track migration progress in Excel with status logs and QA checklists.
• Communicate timelines and issues with supervisors/partners via Outlook.
• Run post-migration quality checks to verify rendering and functionality.
• Document issues and resolutions to improve the migration process.
• Meet daily/weekly migration quotas to stay on schedule.
