Job summary

Fusion Growth Partners seeks a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong English writing to create polished, on-brand marketing materials for our real estate agent partners after sales close.

You will design Sale Pending and Just Sold pieces, craft social graphics, post content across platforms, and maintain organized property records. This is a fully remote role with part-time to full-time hours and probation with project-based pay. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Has strong English writing and communication skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Designing and producing Sale Pending and Just Sold marketing pieces.
• Creating social media graphics and content for sale announcements.
• Posting and scheduling marketing content across platforms.
• Maintaining organized records and files for each property.
• Communicating with internal team members to ensure timely delivery.
