Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or related product design roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep user research and audits to uncover behavioral patterns and inform information architecture.
- Translate conceptual ideas into tangible artifacts, ranging from initial sketches and paper wireframes to high-fidelity digital prototypes in Figma.
- Establish and evolve scalable design systems to ensure visual coherence and efficiency across diverse product ecosystems.
- Advocate for and implement accessibility standards to ensure inclusive digital experiences for all users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to align design initiatives with business goals.
- Facilitate iterative design cycles through user testing and peer reviews to refine the user journey and interface.
