Job summary

TigerUX is seeking a versatile content writer to craft engaging, conversion-focused recruitment content across job ads, social posts, employer branding, and promotional materials. You’ll translate complex role requirements into compelling messaging for target talent audiences.

You’ll support campaigns across multiple platforms, collaborate with recruiters and creatives, and produce basic visual content using Canva and CapCut. A fast-paced, deadline-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in writing, copywriting, content, or a related role.
• Experience writing recruitment marketing or employer branding content
• Strong English writing skills with flexible tone and style
• Knowledge of major social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Reddit, and similar communities
• Experience supporting organic or paid social media campaigns
• Basic Canva, CapCut, design, or video editing skills
• Familiar with analytics, campaign metrics, and content testing
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High ownership, urgency, and follow-through
• Collaborative, positive, and open to feedback

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, conversion-focused content for job ads, recruitment campaigns, social media, employer branding, and promotional materials.
• Simplify complex role requirements and value propositions into compelling messaging tailored to target talent audiences.
• Campaign & Social Media Support: Support recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Create trend-aware, platform-optimized content and collaborate with recruiters and creatives to ensure consistent messaging.
• Editing & Creative Production: Develop and edit basic visual and video content using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Ensure content is on-brand, platform-ready, and support on-site coverage for recruitment and company events.
• Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed on social media trends, talent market developments, and emerging content formats.
• Monitor healthcare talent market trends and provide insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
