Job summary

Core-VA Solutions is seeking a Texas-licensed US Registered Nurse (RN) for a 100% remote role aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours.

You will deliver virtual nursing support, care coordination, and clinical documentation from home, collaborating with client clinical teams to ensure safe, compliant patient care. The candidate should be proficient in telehealth, EHR/EMR systems, and HIPAA, with excellent communication and time management.

Qualifications

• Texas RN license required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in U.S. healthcare or virtual clinical support.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation.
• Familiar with EHR/EMR systems like Epic or Cerner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and care plan reviews.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide telehealth nursing support and patient follow-ups.
• Review and reconcile medication records.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within EHR/EMR systems.
• Support delegation, care coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and providers.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and high-quality patient care.
