Qualifications

• Delivery-focused technical sourcing for semiconductor and electronics roles.
• Strong ability to build Boolean strings and search strategies.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify highly niche technical candidates in semiconductors, power electronics, hardware, manufacturing, and engineering
• Build advanced Boolean strings and custom search strategies
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, competitor maps, forums and deep research
• Approach, engage and qualify passive candidates
• Conduct outbound sourcing campaigns
• Book screening calls for lead recruiters
• Maintain high-quality communication in excellent English
