Job summary

Outsourced.ph, a leading offshore outsourcing company based in the Philippines, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join its UK/US engineering recruitment operations on a full-time basis. The role focuses on permanent direct-hire positions across the UK and US, starting with a small, close-knit team and expanding as you grow.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, screen applications, build robust shortlists, coordinate interviews, and maintain CRM records

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Recruitment Resourcer role.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn to identify, approach, and engage candidates, including outreach messaging.
• Excellent spoken and written English. Comfortable on the phone with candidates at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple live vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for permanent engineering vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and databases.
• Receive, review, and shortlist applications, building well-matched candidate pools.
• Proactively build and nurture a network of engineering professionals for current and future opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity on the CRM system and perform recruitment administration.
• Collaborate with team to understand active roles, client requirements, and workflows.
