Job summary

Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a USRN Training Supervisor to lead clinical training and knowledge transfer for healthcare professionals on a nationwide remote account.

The ideal candidate holds an active USRN license (any state), has 2+ years of clinical experience, and demonstrates SME capabilities along with coaching and documentation skills to ensure evidence-based practice across client settings.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license – Any U.S. State
• At least 2 years of recent and relevant clinical/hospital experience
• Strong SME in clinical areas and knowledge-transfer experience
• Familiarity with evidence-based clinical guidelines is preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivering and supporting clinical training and knowledge-transfer programs
• Providing coaching and guidance to healthcare professionals
• Serving as a Clinical Subject Matter Expert for the account
• Applying evidence-based guidelines in clinical discussions and decision-making
• Reviewing and guiding proper clinical documentation and summary writing
• Supporting development of clinical competencies and performance
• Ensuring training content aligns with client and jurisdictional requirements
• Collaborating with operations to improve learning and clinical outcomes
