Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a diligent Project Finance Analyst to work alongside the Controller and Project Managers to analyze and organize contract financial data, identify trends, and assess risks.

You will set up projects in the accounting system, manage workforce and rates, prepare monthly invoices, and generate project-level reports and dashboards to support cash flow and profitability.

Qualifications

• Extensive financial modeling and reporting skills
• Excellent communications skills (written, interpersonal, and presentation skills)
• Highly organized with precise attention to detail
• Ability to simplify, organize, and interpret complex data
• Ability to problem solve and move things forward proactively
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Excel, Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Review awarded contracts for accounting treatment
• Set up project within the accounting system
• Maintain project workforce, labor categories, rates, billing schedules and other project related data in the accounting system
• Prepare and review monthly invoices
• Develop and maintain detailed supporting data for all invoiced costs
• Maintain project level reports and dashboards
• Maintain and enter modifications and track amounts expended within the accounting system
• Communicate billing and project finance concepts and issues to project managers and Controller
• Calculate revenue and project profitability as part of the monthly financial close
• Participate in monthly project reviews with project managers
• Assist with calculation and preparation project closeouts and final billing
