Cool Blue VA is hiring a US Medical Billing Specialist – Virtual Assistant to support remote billing operations for US healthcare providers. The role requires end-to-end medical billing experience and familiarity with Out-of-Network billing, coding and reimbursement procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year end-to-end experience in medical billing.
• specialization in Pain Management, Anesthesia, or Mental & Behavioral Health is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Out-of-Network billing processes.
• Proficient in medical coding, billing software, and reimbursement procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end billing tasks including charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
• Handle Out-of-Network billing and ensure timely and accurate claim processing.
• Collaborate with providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
