Winning Assistants LLC. is seeking a Medical Billing & Coding Specialist (Primary Care) to support accurate claims processing, timely reimbursement, and revenue cycle management for a U.S.-based healthcare organization.

This remote role targets candidates in the Philippines, with work hours aligned to 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern time and a focus on primary care billing. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of U.S.

Formación

• At least 1 year of proven U.S. medical billing experience.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and E/M concepts.
• Experience with AR, denials, and appeals.
• Ability to work remotely for a U.S.-based client.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, submit, and track medical claims accurately and within payer filing deadlines.
• Follow up with insurance payers to resolve outstanding claims and reimbursement issues.
• Verify patient insurance information, eligibility, and coverage when needed.
• Review billing-related clinical documentation for completeness and alignment with submitted claims.
• Assist with the transition to in-house medical billing operations.
