Qualifications

• 5+ years selling RCM or healthcare BPO services to US clients.
• Solid understanding of RCM metrics (A/R days, denial rates, net collection rates).
• Proven outbound hunting experience, building target lists and booking meetings with senior buyers.
• Excellent spoken and written English, credible presenting to US executives on video calls.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a target list of US medical billing companies, physician groups, and labs.
• Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls, and engage HBMA/AAPC/HFMA networks.
• Qualify prospects on specialty mix, claim volume, and budget; identify decision makers.
• Conduct discovery calls and position paid pilots, converting pilots into long-term contracts.
• Create proposals and pricing models (per FTE, per transaction, contingency, and percent of collections).
• Handle HIPAA, BAA, SOC 2, and data security compliance discussions.
• Recruit and manage referral partners such as practice management consultants and resellers.
• Keep CRM current and report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and forecast.
