Job summary

Neolytix, a boutique Consulting and Management Services Organization, seeks an RCM Delivery Manager to lead a billing operations team in the Philippines and India. You will oversee performance metrics, coach billers, and own account process documentation and EMR trainings.

The role emphasizes leadership, client reporting, and collaboration with Learning & Development to create training modules, with a focus on maintaining low attrition and strong ESAT scores.

Qualifications

• RCM subject matter expert with deep understanding of end-to-end RCM processes.

Responsibilities

Job Description - RCM Delivery Manager [Principle Billing Operations]

• Reviews RCM Account & individual Biller performance across a portfolio of accounts
• Establishes performance measures for the biller(s)
• Reviews performance on a regular basis and provides coaching/ feedback to billers to improve individual and account performance
• Establishes and documents performance measures to drive incentives for the billers reports performance to billers and HR on a monthly basis
• Owns the account and process documentation for accounts and EMR specific trainings for billers
• Schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing billers
• Reports Weekly and Monthly performance to management
• Trains new hires on RCM process
• Works with the Learning & Development team to create eLearning modules
• Schedule and perform pre and post-training assessments
• Performs Monthly, Quarterly and annual assessments for the team
• Responsible for ESAT and maintaining a low attrition rate

Job Requirements

• RCM Subject Matter Expert Understands and can resolve claim level issues with clients
• Excellent knowledge of US healthcare and end to end RCM process
• Excellent team management skills
• Can Onboard a new RCM Client and setup team and processes for delivery
• Should have expert level proficiency in at least 3 different EMR systems
• Experienced in establishing KPIs and monitoring performance for the account and team by extracting reports and analyzing data
• Will own the KPIs for the team and account performance
• Will provide weekly client reporting
• Will lead Monthly business reviews with clients

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 6 years of US Healthcare experience (Mandatory experience in AR calling with Denial management and other additional experience in areas such as Credit Balance, authorization and patient calling will be preferable)
• Maximum 10 years experience
• Strong Operations Management and Team management background
• Minimum 1 year dedicated RCM product trainer experience OR Quality Analyst experience working in a RCM process - TTT candidates strongly preferred
• Excellent business communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Can manage performance reviews with Clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently & prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
