GoTeam in the Philippines is hiring an Accountant for Accounting Services. You will manage full-charge bookkeeping for multiple US entities, ensuring US GAAP compliance and accurate payroll processing using QuickBooks or NetSuite.

You will support month-end closes, financial reporting, and collaboration with US controllers, with midshift/nightshift options; high accountability in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years performing full charge bookkeeping.
• 2+ years of experience using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite Software.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and clients.
• Working knowledge of prepaids, accruals, and deferred revenue.
• Strong work ethic and interest in utilizing 3rd party applications to enhance efficiencies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Confidence in one's abilities and the capacity to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the daily and monthly financial health of multiple US entities in a full-charge governance model.
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations to ensure accurate ledgers and cash flow.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly close and financial reporting packages.
• Collaborate with US-based controllers and clients to resolve discrepancies and support budgets.
