Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in US Dental Billing/RCM.
• Deep WA Medicaid Apple Health and CA Denti-Cal knowledge.
• Experience leading end-to-end billing operations and staff.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end dental billing processes to maximize collections and minimize denials.
• Manage Medicaid requirements for WA Apple Health and CA Denti-Cal.
• Supervise patient eligibility verification, pre-authorizations, and coverage limits.
• Lead claim submission, denial follow-up, and appeals; ensure accurate posting and reconciliations.
• Monitor A/R and aging metrics; drive improvement initiatives.
• Train and audit billing staff to SOPs and quality standards.
