Qualifications

• Experience in dental insurance verification and billing including AR/aging ownership.
• Proficient in claims submission and denials resolution, including appeals.
• Strong documentation habits with clear notes on actions and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Verify dental and orthodontic insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Submit and track claims through clearinghouse to resolution.
• Review EOBs and resolve discrepancies; post payments and close claims.
