Job summary

Zitro Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to support US healthcare and dental clients from a 100% remote setup. You will manage claims submission, follow-up, denials, and AR, with emphasis on dental billing and RCM proficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of US medical billing experience, dental billing exposure, and familiarity with Dentrix/Weave. Strong English communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of US medical billing experience.
• Dental billing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with US dental practices is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
• Hands-on experience with claims submission, charge entry, payment posting, AR, insurance follow-up, denials, appeals, and eligibility verification.
• Familiarity with dental insurance billing and benefits preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Submit clean claims electronically to commercial insurers, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Process and submit dental insurance claims accurately and on time.
• Perform accurate charge entry and review billing information.
• Review and correct claim rejections before resubmission.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and accounts receivable (AR).
• Investigate and resolve insurance claim denials; prepare appeals.
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; reconcile billing discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation of billing activities; ensure HIPAA compliance.
