Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant focused on UK and European markets. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, and optimize Workday Payroll configurations for enterprise teams.

You will manage full-cycle UK and EU payroll processing, calculate taxes and deductions, audit data, and maintain regulatory reporting. Collaboration with internal teams to align payroll with time tracking and absence data.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10+ years of payroll consulting experience focused on UK or European payroll operations.
• Active Workday HCM Certification and Workday Payroll Certification (UK or EU).
• Solid understanding of statutory tax rules, deductions, and reporting in the UK/EU region.
• Hands-on experience with adjacent Workday modules (Time Tracking, Absence, or Custom Reporting) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle UK and EU payroll processing in Workday, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Calculate wages, tax withholdings, pension contributions, and statutory adjustments according to local labor laws.
• Audit payroll data, resolve calculation discrepancies, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Ensure alignment with UK (HMRC/PAYE) and local European tax and regulatory reporting standards.
• Troubleshoot system issues within the Workday tenant and support ongoing configuration updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align payroll with time tracking and absence data.
