Job summary

eClerx Philippines is seeking a Workday Payroll Expert – US Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a leading US healthcare organization. You will bring extensive hands-on Workday Payroll experience and end-to-end US payroll processing expertise.

Responsibilities include processing end-to-end US payroll, validating inputs, running reports, reconciling payroll, and supporting year-end activities such as W-2 processing, in a high-volume, multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end US Payroll experience.
• Extensive hands-on Workday Payroll experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume, multi-state payroll.
• Knowledge of US payroll taxes and compliance including FICA, Social Security, Medicare, exempt vs. non-exempt, overtime and garnishments.
• Payroll reconciliation and W-2 processing.

We are seeking professionals with extensive, hands-on Workday Payroll experience and strong end-to-end US payroll processing expertise.

What You'll Do

• Process end-to-end US payroll accurately and on schedule using Workday Payroll.
• Review and validate payroll inputs, earnings, deductions, taxes, adjustments, and pay results.
• Run and analyze reports to validate payroll and investigate discrepancies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting healthcare payroll.
• Large-scale, multi-state payroll experience.
• Payroll audit and compliance experience.
• CPP certification or equivalent.

Key Requirement

Extensive, hands-on Workday Payroll experience and end-to-end US payroll processing are required. Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical experience with Workday payroll processes, reports, transactions, validations, and payroll activities they have personally handled.
