Winning Assistants LLC. is seeking a Senior Medical Billing Specialist (Primary Care) to oversee U.S. billing operations, ensure accurate reimbursement, and lead a team of billing associates in a remote setting.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on U.S. medical billing experience, extensive primary care knowledge, and proven leadership. You will ensure compliant, timely submissions and drive revenue cycle improvements while mentoring staff and maintaining SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of U.S. medical billing experience
• Extensive primary care billing knowledge
• Experience leading a medical billing team
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and E/M guidelines

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, submit, and track U.S. primary care claims on time.
• Identify billing errors and documentation gaps using ICD-10/CPT/E/M knowledge.
• Review claims for accuracy and payer compliance.
• Oversee corrections, resubmissions, appeals, and follow-ups.
• Manage accounts receivable and aging claims.
