Job summary

Access Global Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a reliable Turkish Language Specialist for a remote, project-based engagement. The successful candidate will conduct outbound interviews in Turkish, transcribe and translate responses to English, and perform data entry using web-based tools.

This role requires native Turkish fluency, strong English skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Native Turkish speaker with excellent Turkish communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and oral.
• Excellent transcription and translation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
• Comfortable using web-based applications and online data-entry platforms.
• Willing and able to work during Turkey/Middle East business days and working hours.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Turkish-speaking respondents and conduct structured interviews.
• Communicate professionally and effectively in Turkish and English.
• Accurately transcribe interview responses from Turkish to English.
• Perform data entry using web-based platforms and tools.
• Review and verify encoded information for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow interview scripts, project guidelines, and established procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of respondent and project information.
• Meet required productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the team regarding completed interviews, issues, and clarifications.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform other related administrative and data-entry tasks as required.
