Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an entry-level technical screening assistant to support interview processes and confirm candidate technical readiness. You will guide candidates through basic tasks, verify access to required tools, and log outcomes with accuracy.

This role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with remote work supported by virtual collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role – prior tech support experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience required.
• Clear and professional communication in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided technical screenings for candidates as part of interview process and verify system requirements.
• Provide real-time guidance and assist candidates with tasks like opening attachments, downloading files, and installing software.
• Log screening outcomes accurately and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with recruiting and onboarding teams to support interpreter readiness.
• Handle inbound customer service or support calls as needed and assist Testing Team admin with maintenance tasks.
