Access Global Outsourcing is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly proficient Arabic Language Specialist for a remote, project-based engagement.

The successful candidate will conduct outbound interviews in Arabic, transcribe and translate interview responses from Arabic to English, and perform data entry using web-based tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to Arabic-speaking respondents and conduct structured interviews.

• Communicate professionally and effectively in Arabic and English.

• Accurately transcribe interview responses from Arabic to English.

• Perform data entry using web-based platforms and tools.

• Review and verify encoded information for accuracy and completeness.

• Follow interview scripts, project guidelines, and established procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality of respondent and project information.

• Meet required productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with the team regarding completed interviews, issues, and clarifications.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Perform other related administrative and data-entry tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written Arabic communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

WORK-FROM-HOME REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have their own personal work-from-home setup, including:

PROJECT DETAILS

Important: This is a project-based engagement with a minimum duration of one month. Applicants must be available to start immediately and be able to commit to the required Middle East working schedule for the duration of the project.
