Qualifications

• Australian real estate trust accounting experience is required.
• Familiarity with GST, BAS, EOFY, and bond lodgements/disbursals.
• Mid-level bookkeeping and payroll experience is preferred.
• Discretion with sensitive financial data is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trust receipting, direct debits, and landlord disbursements.
• Perform daily/monthly reconciliations and generate weekly reports.
• Manage general ledger tasks and BAS/EOM/EOFY processes.
• Process basic internal payroll and track hours.
