Outsourced.ph is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations from the Philippines. You will handle payment processing, banking coordination, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution while maintaining strong documentation.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, control compliance, and collaboration with internal teams, banks, and custodians. Night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM PHT, with equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Treasury or payment operations experience.
• Ability to verify payment instructions, banking details, and supporting docs.
• Strong attention to detail and controls, able to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain payment logs and reconciliation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and process payments for fund transactions and invoices.
• Verify payment instructions, banking details, authorizations, and documents.
• Monitor bank cut-off times, currency deadlines, and funding needs for timely processing.
• Assist with beneficiary bank setup, banking templates, and wire instruction maintenance.
• Maintain payment logs, transaction records, and treasury checklists.
• Investigate payment discrepancies or control issues and escalate.
• Coordinate with banks, custodians, and internal teams on payment queries.
• Support treasury system testing and onboarding of new clients.
