Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in treasury operations or related finance functions is advantageous; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, check preparation, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Daily Cash Report and monitor cash collections and deposits for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and facilitate release of checks; maintain check series and disbursement records; ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments on banking requirements and documentation.
• Prepare year-end audit working papers; assist auditors; maintain treasury records for audits.
• Follow treasury policies, ensure confidentiality of records, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Perform other treasury-related duties as assigned.
