Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities – posting jobs, screening resumes, interviews, reference checks, offers.
• Supports the global HR team in building recruitment policies and procedures.
• Acts as main point of contact for candidate and employee queries on recruitment topics.
• Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices.
• Source new and cost-effective outlets for recruitment.
