Twoconnect seeks an experienced Travel & Events Operations Coordinator to support charter bookings, guest communications, payments and fleet management across two connected charter and events businesses.

The role involves outbound calls to guests, agents and boat owners, with strong emphasis on organisation, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple bookings and stakeholders. Permanent remote role with Philippines-based operations, offering growth and cross-border exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations coordination, charter or tourism operations, events coordination, or similar multi-functional role.
• Experience managing bookings, payments, enquiries and administrative records.
• Familiarity with tourism or charter industry desirable.
• Strong organisation and time-management; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with guests, agents, partners and internal staff.
• Attention to detail and accuracy across bookings, payments and manifests.

Responsibilities

• Manage charter booking administration: invoices, calendars, pricing, availability.
• Monitor and follow up agent and guest payments, including bonds and refunds.
• Respond to agent and guest enquiries with accurate information on bookings and vessels.
• Conduct outbound pre-charter reminder calls, confirming food, drinks, policies and skipper details.
• Prepare passenger manifests and provide on-site event teams with necessary details.
• Coordinate private charter enquiries across fleet and negotiate rates where needed.
• Handle event booking administration, payment links, and guest communications.
• Maintain master records, templates and operational documentation.
