Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a Travel & Events Operations Coordinator who will provide day-to-day operational coordination and administrative support across charter bookings, guest communications, payment administration, fleet and partner management, and event operations.

The role involves outbound calls to guests, agents, and boat owners, requiring strong organisation and customer service to manage multiple bookings and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in operations coordination, charter or tourism operations, events coordination, or a similar multi-functional support role is essential.
• Experience managing bookings, payments, customer enquiries, and administrative records is essential.
• Familiarity with the tourism or charter industry is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings, events, deadlines, and operational priorities are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging guests, agents, boat owners, partners, and internal stakeholders, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate charter booking administration, including invoicing, records, calendars, pricing, and availability.
• Monitor and follow up agent and guest payments and bonds.
• Respond to enquiries and provide information on bookings, vessels, rates, and inclusions.
• Conduct outbound pre-charter reminder calls and collect guest requirements.
• Maintain booking files and share manifests and guest details with onsite teams.
