Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client relations or event coordination, including internships.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Fast learner with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and handle dynamic tasks.
• High energy, strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all logistical and guest-related aspects of events within set timelines.
• Create leads lists from project briefs and collect data (names, emails, phones, job titles) from multiple sources.
• Personalize and curate email invitations based on project briefs and target audiences.
• Make calls, including cold calls, to invite potential guests using professional language.
• Source and nurture relationships with moderators, speakers, and industry experts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve events and guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks on time.
• Develop networking strategies to arrange meetings with global decision-makers.
• Provide post-event feedback and analysis to clients and teams for continuous improvement.
