Job summary

Goway Travel in Manila seeks a Flight Specialist to handle ticket sales, seat selections, and passenger itineraries with accuracy and care.

You will work in a hybrid Manila setup, using GDS and reservation systems to provide up-to-date fare and routing information, resolve changes, and ensure a seamless travel experience for customers. The role requires 2 years in flights customer service and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in flights customer service or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of airfares and routing.
• Proficient with GDS systems.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Sales and Reservations: assist passengers with booking flights, selecting seats, and managing itineraries.
• Queue Management: prioritize requests, respond promptly, ensure resolution of inquiries.
• Customer Service: provide personalized service, resolve inquiries and complaints, ensure a positive travel experience.
• Fare and Routing Knowledge: stay updated on fare structures and routing options, provide pricing information.
• System Proficiency: use reservation systems and ticketing software, maintain passenger records.
