Hire Overseas is seeking a Travel Concierge to craft seamless journeys for clients. You will research hotels with AI tools, coordinate logistics across platforms, and communicate with travelers via WhatsApp to deliver warm, personal service.

The role offers USD compensation on a bi-monthly basis, paid time off, holidays, and a 100% remote setup. Availability is Saturday through Wednesday with coverage from 6 AM Saturday to 8 AM Monday US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Chat with travelers via WhatsApp to capture preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Respond quickly to inquiries with timely initial responses during shifts.
• Coordinate hotel, car rental, and other travel bookings across platforms.
• Maintain calm, professional tone during plan changes and delays.
• Create destination guides and spotlight exceptional hotels for social content.
