Ascension Business Solutions LLC is hiring a Training & Development Manager (Leadership Team) to lead the complete 17‑day training lifecycle, evaluating readiness at multiple gates and endorsing professionals for client onboarding or reassignment. The role emphasizes structured coaching, performance monitoring, and cross‑department collaboration.

The role requires hands‑on leadership to develop people with care, address gaps promptly, and maintain high training quality across batches while

Qualifications

Proven experience in Training and Development, Learning and Development, or similar leadership role.
Experience managing structured training programs from onboarding through final evaluation.
Strong background in curriculum development, competency assessment, coaching, and performance management.
Experience leading trainers, facilitators, SMEs, or training participants.
Ability to make objective decisions regarding readiness, retraining, reassignment, and removal from training.
Strong virtual facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational, documentation, reporting, and project-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple training batches, urgent placements, and escalated performance concerns.
Ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into practical training improvements.
Familiarity with healthcare operations platforms and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Day 1 to Day 3 foundational training and oversee the 17-day training lifecycle.
Evaluate readiness at Day 3, Day 10, and Day 17 with objective criteria.
Endorse qualified professionals to Client Success or Client Relations for onboarding or replacements.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, Client Success, and Client Relations to align requirements and readiness.
Provide post-go-live coaching and reinforcement; manage retraining and reassignments as needed.
Produce weekly KPI reports and readiness endorsement lists; analyze gaps for improvements.
Maintain documentation of assessments, coaching actions, endorsements, and outcomes.
