Job summary

SSG seeks a Training Supervisor to ensure training delivery is consistent, effective, and aligned with client expectations and internal quality standards. The role partners with operations, quality, and client stakeholders to drive readiness, performance, and continuous improvement within the training function.

The position emphasizes supervising trainers, monitoring attendance and completion, and ensuring smooth handoffs to operations, while coaching and developing staff to strengthen delivery

Qualifications

• Experience supervising trainers and driving program effectiveness.
• Ability to coach and develop trainer performance through feedback and development plans.
• Track and report training metrics such as attendance, completion, and certification rates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of trainers and ensure effective delivery of programs.
• Monitor attendance, pacing, and completion to meet client and business timelines.
• Ensure smooth handoff of trained classes to operations and track early performance trends.
• Lead calibration sessions and best-practice sharing within the training team.
• Coordinate readiness planning for new launches and curriculum updates.
