The role delivers remote training, drives learning initiatives, and analyzes asset information to support fleet-wide asset management. Flexible across time zones, the position collaborates with Engineering, Asset Management, Operations, and Learning teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in administration, business support, training, information management, engineering support, or related discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and continuous improvement of remote training delivery, establishing standards and recommending enhancements to improve learning effectiveness and operational performance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for asset data governance, ensuring data integrity while developing standards, controls, and improvement initiatives that support fleet-wide asset management strategies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Asset Management, Operations, and Learning stakeholders to define priorities, resolve complex issues, and influence strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, support governance requirements, and contribute to process improvements across both functional areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned
