Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI) in the Philippines is looking for a MAST Training and Asset Data Lead located in Metro Manila to support Carnival Cruise Line operations.

The role leads remote training delivery, drives learning content development, and owns asset data analyses from manuals and systems to support fleet-wide asset management initiatives. It requires collaboration with Engineering, Asset Management, Operations and Learning and flexibility across time zones.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in administration, business support, training, information management, engineering support, or related discipline desirable.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience working with documentation, data extraction, information management, or administrative support activities.
• Experience in delivering training across user groups.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and working with structured information.
• Experience supporting meetings, forums, training coordination, or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Experience working across multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and continuous improvement of remote training delivery, establishing standards and recommending enhancements to improve learning effectiveness and operational performance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for asset data governance, ensuring data integrity while developing standards, controls, and improvement initiatives that support fleet-wide asset management strategies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Asset Management, Operations, and Learning stakeholders to define priorities, resolve complex issues, and influence strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, support governance requirements, and contribute to process improvements across both functional areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
