• Maintain accurate documentation, support governance requirements, and contribute to process improvements across both functional areas.

Job Summary

The Training and Asset Data Coordinator provides cross-functional support to both the Training and Asset Management teams across the MAST fleet. The role is responsible for leading the delivery of remote training activities, leading continuous learning forums, undertaking documentation reviews and driving the development of new learning content. In addition, the role extracts, validates, and owns the analyses of asset-related information from technical manuals, systems, and related documentation to support fleet-wide asset management initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to improving data quality, supporting verification and analysis activities, maintaining accurate records, and developing structured information that drives maintenance improvement and function hierarchy development across the MAST fleet. The role requires flexibility to work across time zones and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.

Essential functions

Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation management.
