Qualifications

• Experience in town planning, architecture, or building certification.
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using mapping and compliance tools (training provided)
• Seeking long-term growth in a remote-first environment
• Bonus: SEPPs, LEPs, and Building Code of Australia

Responsibilities

• Review development plans for compliance with SEPPs, LEPs, and the Building Code of Australia.
• Conduct zoning and compliance checks using NSW Planning Portal and mapping tools.
• Support certification assessments across residential, commercial, and subdivision projects.
• Use Foxit or similar PDF tools to measure, scale, and assess plans.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Town Planner, and Sydney-based team; follow Sydney business hours.
